  • Pack Training

    Pack Training is the core class experience at the PAC. These sessions combine strength training, conditioning, and skill work to develop well-rounded fitness and long-term health.


    Workouts are programmed with intention by L2 and CrossFit semi-finals athlete, Gabriel Townsend. Members train together in a supportive environment while still progressing at their own level.


    No gimmicks. No trends. Just effective training.

  • 24/7 Open Gym ACCESS

    Open Gym at The Pack Athletic Club in Dallas, TX gives you the flexibility to train on your schedule while using our fully equipped  facility in the Dallas Design District.  This option is ideal for experienced athletes following their own programming, practicing skills, or supplementing classes with additional strength work.  


    You’ll have access to barbells, racks, rigs, cardio machines, and functional training equipment in a structured, focused environment.
